I would buy it if it is less than $50 at this point. Its a great burner but now there are much faster burners available at about $70..

Again it depends on price and it probably will not be as good with the copy protection that is available now unlike the newer burners on the market. If you can afford $100, get the LiteOn 40x12x48x burner, cdrinfo basically said it was the best burner in that market now, nuff said.

I recommend this CDR. I am using one now and it works great.

I am not sure about Clone CD.

Yes. And no. For CD writing, it supports RAW-DAO 96 mode, which is the best for CloneCD. For reading though, it supports the 3rd best mode, which is RAW. This is fine for most CD cloning except for the very newest CDs... If you want the best clonecd capabilities then go with a Plextor 24/10/32A, it supports RAW-DAO 96 mode, not only for write but also for read. Or get a newer liteon.

I have it, and besides the trouble copying newer CD's the drive owns.

Having used several 12/10/32A, and still owning a rebadge (Iomega ZipCD), I say by all means. It's a superb drive (quiet and speedy) that copies most anything. I've seen them selling outrageously cheap now, so take the plunge :)
