My family has had gms since 1980's. At least that is as far as i remember. We have had fords, hondas, toyotas, and dodges. To this day, my dad, who has owned the fords, the hondas, the gms, etc still buys gm. There is a reason for that. He owns a 2k5 silverado that he paid cash for. He could have chose a different brand. But simply the best vehicle for his uses is gm. Period.
I have owned myself a toyota, two hondas, a dodge, and a gm yukon now. So my experience with vehicles i would say isnt limited. Sorry bro, but you lose.
The reviews from Consumer Reports do say that the gm didnt fair as well as some other manufacturers. Sure. But then again, when you buy hardware for your computer, do you only read one review? If so, good job buddy.
If you buy a vehicle for gas mileage, you have no business buying a vehicle the size of a bus. Period.
The retard still lies in your pockets. Because in all actuality, you know nothing about gm. Nor do you know anything about their vehicles. Also, did you know the engine in the ws6 transam is the one in my yukon?
Learn your products boy.... before you get in too deep in a vehicle discussion about gm with me bud. I know my sh1t.
Im just so sick of hearing all you close minded individuals bagging on a company that has done well for our economy. Sure, we have ups and downs. But they arent enron. You can take that one to the bank. GM has their hands in more stuff than you know of. Believe me, without them, there would be alot of products you wouldnt have.
Bottom line. I would buy certain gm vehicles. There are some i wouldnt buy. Simply because of the motors they put in some of them and also because of my size and my families size.

go over to europe, you will see ford is a luxury vehicle over there, and you can hardly afford one. same with gm. and im not accusing them of ethnic loyalty being the reason why the big 3 are losing, but it does hurt.

retards. gm is a good company, and they make good vehicles. i own a yukon, and its a great vehicle. this place is full of asians, and of course i mean no harm by saying this, but every single one of them isnt the average sized person. they are small, and they buy their own brand of vehicles. do yourself a favor, and read the reviews on them.

For the most part, NO, but here are a couple worth considering:
Saab 9-2X
Pontiac Vibe
only worth considering because they are japanese cars with american badges lol![]()

I mean NO to real GM cars. I'd consider 9-2x aero or open speedster/ saturn sky.

Hey, whether or not you believe it... is up to you. As i said before, i meant no harm by generalizing. Its the truth. You guys are right, you dont have to be japanese to buy japanese cars. Either way, you are (on average) not the same size as most americans. Whether that be fat, or skinny. That being said, full sized vehicles make sense to us where smaller sized vehicles fit best for you. I have had japanese cars, and while they were the most dependable vehicles i have ever owned, i still prefer a full sized vehicle because im just a big guy. You cant eve shoehorn my big ass in a mustang.
As i said, sorry about the generalization, but if you read reports, you will find that it is true. Sorry to break the news to you.
