Would you buy a Coby MP3 player?

A local store has this unit for $159. I was going to spend about that on a 4 gig player but 20 gigs and a nice, sleek look for that price seems like an interesting option. Thoughts?

Coby has cheap products but they work ok. I had a cd player from Coby probably dropped it 20 times even brokes the veiwing peice into the cd, and it still played.

I have a cheap (19.99) Coby DVD player that has been outside on my screen porch for over two years and it will play just about any burned disc.

The cheap (29.99) Magnavox DVD player in my office crapped out after 4 months.

So I would buy a Coby MP3 player.

Keep in mind, battery life on HDD mp3 players is crud compared to Flash.

My 8gig nano lasts honestly like 2 weeks of casual listening
My old 40gig Ipod never broke about 3 days with the same listening habbits.

I think Coby just slaps their name on generic chinese goods. If the local store has a good return policy buy it and return if you don't like it.
