Would you believe FEDEX delivery!!!

I bought a Bowflex from a person 2 weeks ago and it was destined to arrive at my place on the 21st, today. I am on business until the 28th and I contacted Fedex to hold my packages until I arrive back on the 28th. The Fedex Rep said thats fine and entered a message in to their database stating this. Today I check the tracking and it was delivered to a person I dont even know and they signed for it. To make matters worse is that I moved into a new townhouse and dont even know anyone there. What the hell!! I just wrote Fedex an email and I will be screaming at them on Monday. Man an I pissed about this.
