Would you be worried?

I bought a 4th 160gb seagate to put into my raid 5 and when i used the software to expand the array it says its "Migrating" and according to the manual its supposed to say its "Expanding". I did it the way that the manual says to do it but im still a little worried.

The raid card is a Promise Fasttrack SX4000 heres a PDF of the manual. The stuff for expanding the array is on page 67.
