Would Vista 32 Ultimate run on my new netbook, the Asus eeepc 1000HA

Just ordered a new Asus eeepc 1000HA from ZZF for a bargained $299.99 shipped.:thumbsup:
Also went to the Egg and ordered a 2gb dim for $17, shipped to replace the 1gb that comes with the netbook.
I happen to have an extra Vista Ultimate copy that was bought for a new rig that never materialized (not yet anyway).
Here is the question:
Would this little guy run Vista (I'll primarily use the netbook, extensively on the road with some small office07 works, movie/music/photo viewing/listening)?

My Samsung NC10 runs Vista fine, abit slow when it was 1GB, when bumped to 2GB, it ran fine (slower than desktop 😉)
