Would this work for Water cooling

I Have been toying around the idea of water cooling for some time just never had the funds to do it.
One thing that always bothered me about seeing a PC with a radiator in the front and one in the top is that the front rad would seem to dump hot air into the case and then would make your top radiator less effective.
I Know there are cases you can get from case labs that can counter this but i was thinking maybe using any case be it small or large and do something like this.

Darn I can figure how to insert a PowerPoint or a picture.

Any way it would be a separate box with two three or how ever many radiators you wanted and then run the tubing threw the PC case, to the pump, cpu and gpus back to the Box with the radiators.

You could still place all fans as intakes and both radiators will suck outside air and the only exhaust is at the back. Case temps will definitely rise but assuming that you're doing a full setup(CPU + GPU), the hot air would not have a negative effect on temps.

I have thought of such setup but it would be too much of a hassle and messy since you would have two independent PSUs running, one powering the PC and another to provide power to the pumps. Not to mention that the tube lengths would be too long.

If you want to build something that isolates the cooling section, CM HAF Stacker might just be the thing you need.

I was thinking of seeing if radio shack had something I could use to convert ac to dc and then find a way to power the fans with out a second PSU

Yeah, that sounds like it would be the best solution if you want to isolate your radiators. Unfortunately, CM hasn't released too much information on it, so I'm not sure all of what you can do to ensure reduced tubing runs.

Why have two rads in the first place? Once people start adding more rads then theyn start adding a res and second pump or even make a completely second loop.... it's not needed.

Take one of a dozen cases, like a HAF-X, and stick a triple 120mm rad in the top. Many cases already have mounting points for them.

With a HAF-X it'll be hidden and that's plenty for a CPU+GPU and moderate OCing. If you are comfortable making drill points you can even mount a triple 140mm radiator into the top of a HAF-X without obstructing more than a few of the front 5.25" bays. Three low-speed 140 fans is enough to keep good temps and make it a very good low-noise rig.
