Have yet to buy any a64's been sitting and watching them get better and better, but a friend is ready to make the upgrade move.

He wont be overclocking, wants to spend 160-170 on a graphics card, doesnt need dual DVI, i nabbed the DFI board because they look kindof cool and I personally have yet to use them but hear good things about them. Other then that....any reccomendations?

the ram...didnt want kingston value ram, and i have the same ram in my current rig and it runs great.

constructive criticism is appriciated and welcomed

First bit of "constructive critisizm", wrong forum (belongs in general hardware i think). Everything else looks good, but if he won't be overclocking, I don't think there is a need for that DFI board.
