I've been pretty anti-tattoo my whole life and still find them kind of unappealing on guys, but this weekend I got the idea of getting the auryn, from neverending story, tattooed on my forearm and haven't been able to shake the idea yet.

the only thing holding me back is how weird I'd feel having to explain to people :p

It definitely won't help you pick up more chicks, so I fail to see the point of the tattoo...

No... Getting yellow and blue portals and a weighted companion cube tattooed on your arms would be far geekier :)

The OP isn't concerned with that.

Are you trying to look geeky AND pick up adolescents ? Maybe get Peter Pan on the other arm for proper balance.

Sounds like the stuff of many future drunken bar fights to me.

Me too. And I would also get a slice of cake tattooed to my back.

Ya know what ya should do it get one of those "invisible" tattoos where the ink only shows up under a black light. I always though that would be cool because you could be in a professional settings and have no tattoos, but then go to a rave or something and suddenly the tattoos appear.

Not until after he gets the tattoo and is like "WTF" when every girl asks him and laughs about it. It's called preparing someone, whether or not they ask about it.

OP is gay so I imagine he could give a fuck what a girl thinks.

just FWIW in the symbol mentioned the serpent isn't eating its own tail, tis eating the tail of another serpent which is in turn eating the tail of the first serpent.
