Would this PSU be enough for my new setup?

I'm not sure what gpu you will be using.

I'm using a 250w unit to power my p4 3.4ghz, 9800pro, 2 sticks of ram, 2 hd's, dvd burner and a few usb devices, so I think you should be fine.

I could sell you the 470watt version of that Vantec for 50 bucks. Its used but still has atleat a year of warrenty left on it.

The PSU you have right now is probably fine but budmantom is right what GPU are you going to have?

I would think the Antec is probably fine. I would try it out and if it ends up not being enough give something else a try.

Check it has a good 12v power rail, lots of amps (20A if you can).
Watts mean nothing, especially ona generic PSU.
Amps is where it's at.

The Vantec has 28A on the 12v rail, it will be plenty.
(<- has no spare amps on the 12v rail, 12v rail has voltage drop because of it :()
