First, Startech stuff is mainly rebadged generic with a high markup - I don't buy any Startech rebadged stuff. Check buyextras.com or sidewindercomputers.com for that sort of HSF. A Zalman et al. passive heatsink (from jab-tech or SVC et al.) would probably do as well given decent airflow thru your case.
