Would this heatsink fit on an Asus CUSL2?

Would this heatsink,

SVC GC69 w/Crystal Blue Fan

fit on an Asus CUSL2?

Just looking for a quiet sink that ought to be remain clipped pretty securely...CPU won't be overclocked.

I tried a GC 68 on my CUSL2-C last week and it mounted fine but when I went into the bios, I saw that my P3 1gig was burning up at 170. Took it off and cleaned up the cpu and heatsink again and reapplied the Artic Silver 3 and it still was burning up. I had to go back to the Intel stock cooling untill I find a replacement for it. The GC 68 now resides in a landfill where it belongs.

I've used at least a dozen GC68's on various Cusl2 and Tusl2 (the exact same board but it supports Tualatin CPUs) with 100% success. I've also used two GC69s successfully. I use them with the 18cfm NMB fans that SVC sells. It's a great combo that runs very quiet, cools the PIIIs very well and is quite cheap. How can you beat that?
