The only curiosity for me is 'which of those adapters should not exist?' You're starting out as USB and ending up on a parallel port...which of those adapters is intended to convert serial data to parallel? I thought that required an actual 'converter' box and not just something that adapts the pinouts...what's the black thing after the PS2-serial adapter?
