I was wondering if I could have a "contest" where I posted the components for my next system build and offered a Paypal reward to the person who came back with the lowest total build cost?

I know it's a wacky idea. Would that be allowed?

I know there are some people around here that could probably find a significantly better deal than what I could find, even including $10 or so that I would pay.

Hopefully a Mod will reply so I can know for sure.
