Yes. With a 4670 you should be able to get away with medium or high settings, depending on the resolution you use.

Well there's no question about it. Diablo 3 is THE PC game of the decade. Or century. Or whatever.

Starcraft 2 was fun enough. It lasted me some 20 hours playing through on Brutal. The expansions will do the same.

No way will it kick the 480's ass. Blizzard doesn't make games that push hardware, they make games that can play on almost every computer out there. You may get some eye candy settings like in SC2 but it will not have anything that will require a monster system to play.
