Would these power supplies be good for my system?

I've got a RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-530SS 530W modular power supply. I've had this psu for 3 1/2 months now and used to OC my video card to insane clocks (665/910) and never had a problem.

After a lightning strike and a power surge happened near my house (i just moved in) my computer has been shutting off randomly while under load. My computer wasn't behind a surge protector as i just turned it on to see if the outlet worked :-/ Now whenever i run any CPU intensive programs the remote temp in speedfan (which i believe to be my PSU as my cpu temp is there and shows normal readings) can skyrocket to 105C in no time. I watched speedfan as i was playing dirt and it hit up to 130C before my computer turned off. Now when i have a nifty little desk fan down there on high the remote temp tops out at 80C; which is fine as it doesn't shut off.

Is it my PSU that is a problem? Or is that temp actually my CPU? I really doubt my cpu would go that high as my cpu still works wonderfully at this moment.

Also if it is the case of a bad psu, which one should i get? My componets are listed in my sig.

Here are some that i was looking at.

CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX 550W ATX12V V2.2 Power Supply $89.99

OCZ StealthXStream OCZ500SXS 500W $59.99

Antec BP550 Plus 550W ATX12V V2.2 Power Supply $59.99

OCZ StealthXStream OCZ600SXS 600W $79.99

Tuniq Potency PSU-POT550-BK 550W $85.99

You're having some kind of overheating problem. Check all your fans to make sure they're spinning find and not clogged with dust. Also check the CPU heatsink for dust, and to make sure it is seated properly.

I thought that as well. I cleaned out my fans/HS's with canned air. There was a little bit of dust but not much as i do this every two months or so. I keep it in a decently ventilated area.

All fans seem to be a-ok. I'm guessing the surge caused a short in one of my rails. Wouldn't getting a new psu solve this?

MY cpu reports to be nearly as low as 32C idle while i'm not gaming, and about 44C when i am. When i'm not idle i always have my GPU fan at 100%. 48-60C on that.

Nope. I just slapped in my old x1650 and ran Counterstrike 1.6 without the fan up to my computer.

Kabloom at 122C. Same problem.
