Would there be a noticable speed differance between these two multifunction printers?

I see that there is a couple of pages per minute differance in both printing and copying for B and W, but not much of a differance on color. Would those couple of PPM be a noticable differance? If so is it worth an extra 30 bucks for that extra speed?
