Could someone perhaps define the word "metrosexual?" I'm afraid I've never heard it before.

Get Bridgen in here....

Metro, aside from the Urban Dictionary definiftions are basically someone who dresses nicely and takes the time to refine style, clothing, and appearance. They are ridiculed by wearing or suggesting items that normal "guy guys" would not wear.

eg: Pink dress shirts, different jeans, talking about pea coat jackets, or finding a plushy scarf to match a coat.

"Guy guys" normally are into sports, computers, cars, whatever. Metros are into style. But then again, style and class really what get the good women, so there's obviously a reason. Because they are interested in their own appearance to make them more attractive to women, higher confidence, etc, they are associated with being almost "gay". However Metros are quite straight and do this to get teh bootay. ;)

would it be correct to say that a metro is just a well dressed playa?

in that's the case...then it would seem accurate why everyone hates metros, because everyone hates playaz

so: don't hate da playa, hate da game :p

I guess that I am more metro than not. Good hygiene and grooming are important to me. If you think that appearance, hygiene, and grooming are unimportant, I hope that you judge women by the same low standards that you hold yourself to.

OP: Those shoes aren't "metro" at all. Why are you asking, anyway?

Yup. Grooming and hygiene are just proper... so sometimes I don't understand the dislike against metros. :p
