Would someone please review my website structure?

I have no idea where this would fit, so I'll post it here.

I'm currently redesigning my website: http://www.isaackim.org/new1/style template.html

don't mind the broken links or inconsistency, it's still under construction.

this is my structure.

on every page, there are four SSI content: the navbar right under the logo, the page content (body), the footer, and on the right there will be four small thumbnails of my art that rotate randomly.

so for example, for the "about" page, there will be about.html, about-content.html (the content in the body of the page), footer.html, and thumbnails.html

My question is, is SSI for the content necessary? or should I put it directly into the actual pages? I decided to use SSI for the content initially so that whenever I edit my content, I won't have to mess with the entire page codes, but just the body content codes, which is barely code and just all information text.

any feedback appreciated

thanks!

Nav bar on the right seems awkwardly placed. Are you going to add styling? Because that's awful plain right there.

I really don't like how the drop down menus are off center, to the left, like that
