Would someone please explain the point of ATI Hydravision for duallies?

Cheers folks, i like the transparent menus, but i'm sure there is more of a point to it than that

Point is Ultramon cost $40 if you legally purchase it and Hydravision is free. If you have Ultramon, why are you even fooling with Hydravision?

well it gives me the funky transparent menus and dragging windows, but i've now discovered it also gives you up to 9 virtual desktops as well which is kinda cool
