Mostly countries like South Korea and Japan, where apparently they are having some sort of age problem and are pretty homogenous.
However, I want to focus on a more sociology perspective of things. Considering these two countries are pretty ignorant about the outside world, and at some times even have gotten the reputation of being racists. Would immigration help these two countries. Not talking about a massive burst of immigrants flooding the country, but a steady stream.
I would reckon there would be conflicts at first, but then as time goes by people would probably start to become more aware of immigrant culture and then more cooperative. Maybe can create a some sort of melting pot like U.S in a couple of decades.
