Would raising my vcore hurt my system?

Currently my E6400 is overclocked to 3.2GHz (400x8). Under max load, with two instances of prime95, it will hit about 51 or 52C.

My vcore is currently set to 1.375 in my bios. Would it be dangerous to raise it to 1.4? Are temps all that I need to worry about, or is there something else?

Assuming you may live in the northern hemisphere, make note that while temperatures are ok in winter, they will likely be much higher in summer! I would say that's a pretty good OC, and maybe not worth putting any more stress on it, but maybe that's me being cautious.
