would putting 2 fans of the same size one over another do any good at increasing airflow to the heatsynch for the CPU ??

Or would it just be a waste of a good fan ??

I have a Globalwin fop32 with the standard fan that that comes with ... and also i have a FCPGA ALpha Synch with the same globalwin fan ...

if i put both of the fans on top of each other for my Fop32/Duron combo .. and an el cheapo fan on the alpha with my celeron II ....

will the Duron get any cooler ??? or no because stacking the fans wont do any good ???

No, it would not do any good. You would be better off buying a Delta Black Label 60mm fan if you are after great cooling. It is a loud fan, but really moves some air. With one on my Alpha, I have yet to exceed 40 degrees cel. on my overclocked T-Bird.
