Would O/Ced Celeron m430 compete with Opteron 144/146?

Theoreticly yes, at the same clock speed, they would perform fairly similar, I think the Opty would still win out in several applications though. My pentium-m @2.4ghz compared fairly well to my X2 at the same speed with non-smp aware programs, but was still behind in some things.
