Would my own dog know if it's eating my kidney if someone fed it to him?

Let's say someone took out my kidney and tried to dispose of it by feeding it to my dog for dinner. Would the dog be able to smell it, tell it was me, and possibly refuse to eat it?

This is a real life scenario in that I saw it on TV.

Most of your body's familiar smells are on the outside. The food you've handled for your dog smells more like you than your internal organs do.

Plus...once your dog realizes you're full of tasty meat...you'd better not fall asleep.

OP, I'm really glad to see that you saw this on tv and weren't just wondering over a cup of coffee because that was a serious wtf moment for me. I was compelled to read the thread.
