Would like comment on memory and hd for new build

I'm thinking of a SB build (probably 2500K/asrock extreme 4). I've been looking at memory (esp since newegg has it on sale today) and been leaning towards:

My thought is as a strict game machine 4GB will be enough for any game in the next 2 years and the lower latency will how a real world impact (but maybe not?)

as far as i can tell the seagate has < 8.5 seek time which is marginally faster than the samsung

The SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ is legendary for its performance. I have one and love it so far. It's not especially quiet, I can hear the seek mechanism thru my PC. Other than that, it's terrific.
