Would like a new case

I currently have an antec 1080amg soho with the clear panel on the side. In it I have an 8800gts, dvd drive, sound card, 1 hard drive, floppy and a sunbeam 550w NUUO.

I have never really like this case as it is HUGE and doesn't cool as well as I would like. It also collects dust inside like there is no tomorrow.

So I would like something smaller, that allows for really good airflow, will fit a decent aftermarket cpu cooler so I can overclock, and allows for great cable management.

I noticed the antec 900 is on sale, but it doesn't look much smaller and may be way louder.

So I could use some help.

 
I would like to keep it under $100 if possible and mid tower would be fine. Just something slightly smaller with good cooling.
 
I would say the the Ultra m998 would fill the bill, but it's about 30% over your budget. The Rosewill R-5600 (YeongYang YY-5600) series is always recommended - wire management may take some thought, but can be done. Amazing value with the Rosewill label. The Rosewill Conqueror (aka Silverstone PS01 and basically the same chassis as the Kublai 01/02) is another good value (the black version is a SUPER deal right now).
