thats actualy a perfect ploy for general relationship mayhem. Have your sister hit on a guy why you hit on that guys girl but the two have to be in separate parts of the room to work. Dont let the other person say no to your phone number, remember this all has to happen in seconds, then a minute later when the couple is back together do the "call me" gesture while making sure that persons date can see.
