Would it be worth it to ship a CPU to South Korea?

My friend put up this Ebay Auction for me. It's a P3 out of a system I haven't used it awhile. Anywho, this student teacher from South Korea emailed my friend asked if he would ship my CPU to SK.

Would it be worth it in terms of cost, time/effort, etc. to ship the processor to this guy in SK, or should I tell him no and just let the auction end with an American buyer?

even airmail (~10 days) on something that size will only be $3 or $4..

just gotta make sure you send it small packet or letter post, or whatever its called in the US
