Would it be wise to upgrade the 4-in-1 drivers for KT7-RAID?

I'm using the KT7-RAID and I was wondering if it'd be wise to upgrade the drivers for it. Currently, my system is stable but I don't know what the updates might do, like making it unstable, etc. Also, how can I find out what my current drivers are? Anyone know about updating the BIOS of the motherboard also? Thanks in advance.
