Would it be wise to challenge a 300 pounder to the one hour milk challenge?

It's not impossible, I drank a gallon of 1% milk about six years ago in about 40 minutes. It was tough, but not excessively so.

Must be whole milk, the other stuff is too watered down. You're going to lose your money!

Wouldn't skim or 1% chocolate milk be pretty close to the equivalent of plain whole milk. You would think the chocolate would make it a little thicker. Regardless, he will probably end up drinking whole chocolate milk since I am the provider of the milk.

If you are telling the truth, that is very bad news. He is planning on splitting the milk into glasses and computing the time he needs to drink each cup in. He will be using the full hour.

Edit: He is firmly set on chocolate milk and I of course haven't voiced any objections.

hes gonna have issues with choc milk, because of how thick itis, also IDK what all that choc will do to you

and splitting it up is the way to go

i could do 2% no problem - I tend to drink ~3 full glasses (~200 - 300 ml) in one setting for breakfast. That's like quarter of the milk jug right there.

isnt it supposed to be a physical impossibility? anyways, just make sure there are a lot of people egging him on, and hell forget to pace himself. :D

no the volume of the human stomach can accomidate the volume eaisily, its not painless but its dooable

however not with strawberry, choc or whole milk, they are just too damn think

The stomach holds ~1L and can distend to hold ~2L, it empties at ~1L per 360cals per hour. I call BS on anyone who doesn't have a video to show.

Wow this really does not seem that hard I will have to stop and get a gallon of milk tommrow on the way home and try it... I usually drink 2 quarts of water every day with my lunch. Every morning I drink a 32oz protien shake on the way to work and drink a gallon of water before lunch and 2 more by the end of the day and feel fine I can't see how it would really be that hard..mabey milk just sits bad in your tummy?

I drank a half a gallon of chocolate milk last night and didn't feel too bad afterward, and I am like 130 lbs max. I imagine that the final half gallon would be tough, though.

Many people don't have average sized stomachs. It wasn't even that hard for me to drink a gallon of milk in an hour. I find it funny that you call BS on something that isn't even that hard for many many people. In fact, out of about ten people who tried, three finished the entire gallon with at least 10 minutes to spare.

Considering that's just the volumetric issues, and the fact that you say it wasn't hard, I'm gonna say bullshit unless you can prove otherwise.

And stomach size does not vary by a great deal.

i heard thats physically impossible, milk is too basic(too much base) for the body to handle especially drinking 1 gallon in under an hour.

NO NO NO NO NO
You have to make him use WHOLE milk
The volume is only half of the problem
The FAT is the other half
it makes you body feel full, and it curdles in your stomach
Drinking skim milk is about the same as drinking a gallon of water
Drinking 1% is one forth the fat of whoel milk
Chocolate milk is 2%, so better, but no where near as difficult as 4%
