Just leave the side off and have a fan (regular household fan) blowing in? Wouldnt it make it a lot cooler inside?

Would I need to worry about dust?

BTW, I dont care about noise.
 
If you have good sized heatsinks on those heat producing components, you're good to go. But be careful....don't knock over the fan mmkoi....
