my rig is in my sig. but for the lazy, ill' name my componets and temps
CPU / System temps = 39C / 25C
Sonata w/ 2 x 120mm fans
Abit NF7-S Rev 2.0
Barton 2200 w/ 80mm panaflo L1A
Radeon 9700 Pro
DVD+- R/RW
CDRW
Floppy
ATA PCI Card
4 x hdd.
as you can see .. i have to connect and fold and manipulate many wires so the front 120mm has room to breathe. since the front fan is behind in the hdd cage, i set it to pull air away from the drives and let the the rear 120mm fan pull the air from the cpu, gpu, and hdd through the rear.
Only during the summer do i hit warm case temps ... idle usually 44 / 33 during the summer. that's still pretty good for summer

Pretty good temps considering you are using an 80mm L1a. Are your 120mm fans running at 5v out of curiosity?
