So, i was moving my spring box that i bought from costo from my apartment to my house and it broke somehow. the move wasnt rigorous and it wasnt packed bad or anything.
further inspection reveals that the rigid metal beam in the middle connects to the wood at only a few points, and at either side of the beam is like stapled in or something to the wood. well, the circle that holds the staple/nail where the metal beam attached to the wood broke or something, and now the beam bows out. soo...
am i allowed to exchange it or am i being ridiculous? i really see no way to fix it myself as the beam is fucking rigid and the holder broke (from a design stand point the thing is built pretty poorly imo).
