would it be possible to open an In N Out/Chick Fil A drive thru?

These are easily the two most popular drive thru's in my area. I was wondering if it would be possible to franchise a combination drive thru called "In-a-Chick"

They share the same parking lot about 20 minutes away from me, that's close enough. I'm not sure about now, but In-N-Out used to be a family only franchise. I'm sure that's probably changed actually.
 
Chick-fil-A does franchise, but they still own your store. You're basically paying them a hefty sum to run the store for them and they keep all the profit. You get pay a small chunk of money for your effort.
