Would it be possible to have wireless internet on a Shuttle SFF system?

I really REALLY dislike wires. My goal is to make an Apple like system where the only wires are the power cord and the one going to the monitor.

The mouse/keyboard should be no problem.

I can theoretically do wireless headphones.

But for wireless internet, as far as I know the only way to have wireless internet on a desktop is to install a PCI card. Shuttles only have one PCI slot, right? So would it be a good idea to use that one slot up on wireless internet? Or does anybody know if there's any way to make the wireless internet internal to the shuttle?

Thanks.

USB wireless? That's what I use. It's better than PCI because you can orient the antenna for best signal. Or is that something hanging off that you don't like?
Edit: There is also a little doohickey that looks like a USB flash drive that is a wireless adaptor. Never used them... No cable...

The new Shuttle SB65G2 will have built-in 811b. It's coming out in a couple weeks.

I was thinking of something like this usb dongle thingy (there are many other brands).
I actually have something like this, which attaches via usb. No power cable.
Psycho's link looks like a usb wireless slickified to mount internally with an external antenna. Looks pretty good for 50 bucks.

I have a Shuttle SS50. It has two PCI slots, one of which I filled with a wireless NIC.
