If it only comes with one exhaust fan, I would get at least one probably 2 intake fans. Otherwise, you will have a hot computer and it will be really dusty all the time.

Definately get a front intake and a side fan, the front for cooling the HDs and the side for the cooling GPU/CPU/memory.

For the exaust get a thermally controlled fan, if the one included isnt thermal put that in front and put the thermal in the rear. For a side fan a low noise would probably be your best bet, or maybe a manually controlled fan. Some better fans come with an external thermal probe you can locate somewhere in the case. I use this Tt fan:

in the side window and the temp probe is wedged into the vid card heatsink. Works great.

You dont really need a side intake fan, but it cant hurt. Also you dont need the thermally controlled fan. If you arent overclocking just get the most quiet ones you can find. LIke the ones rickn posted.

since I have that case, this is my fan set up

rear exhaust I put in a 80mm Enermax Air Master, it's one with the rpm dial. I crank it up to around 1800rpm, still very quiet, once you hit around 2000 rpm it becomes much noisier. my two front intake fans are 80mm Vantec Stealth, I have them bumped down to 7v, and my two side intake are 80mm Nexus. my computer is not loud at all. I hear my WD Raptor more than anything else. Since I had already had the Vantec's when I moved everything in my new case, I'd recommend getting the Nexus or Panaflo's instead. Both have much less *whirring* noise. The Stealths are only good if you crank the voltage down, but why bother.

The thermal one are usually nice and quiet when running low speed, that way you get the best of both worlds, slow and quiet when its OK but extra headroom if it starts to get hot. I like the safety factor :)

Im my case the side fan did make a diff, but of course it varies by case and usage etc. The side fan intake) hits my GPU and memory but I overvolt/overclock, which the OP wont be.
