Would I get SUED?

I'm considering setting up a Shoutcast station to play some music for my guild members. Right now I have music playing in Ventrilo, but it would be nice to set up something of better quality. The average number of listeners that tune in is around 6-10 people. I would only be playing music (licensed, but still) for a few friends and family members-would I get sued or get in serious trouble? I mean, I'm not going to be making any money off the shoutcast station, I'm not going to be advertising a product, and I will be playing for a miniscule audience-just friends and family.

I know there are several professionals that visit this website and forums on a daily basis, some of whom are lawyers. Any general legal advice (without going into details since I'm not your client), would be greatly appreciated.

Doubt it on the fact I see a bunch of shoutcasts doing it...
You can also do what Heisenberg stated.

Btw... You're into korean rap huh?
Drunken Tiger is good stuff.
