so, my sister's having a potluck birthday party tomorrow and I'm baking a green bean casserole for it (along with home made biscuits)... I've got a shitton of stuff to do tomorrow, though, which has me considering doing the prep work on the green beans tonight since washing/trimming/cutting 4 pounds of green beans is like major work.
think my green beans will dry out overnight if I cut/trim them 18 hours in advance and leave them in the fridge covered in saran wrap?
