Would I be able to use some of AT's smileys for my forum?

Can i use some for my forum by saving the images and uploading them? or are all the little smileys protected by copyright, trademark, alarms, locks, etc etc...

this would be for forums.amdtechtour.com

i really don't like the smileys that they have in phpbb2....i would keep the :beer: and :syringer; icons that i have right now, but wanted to replace all the little :Q:| that i have

Aren't they owned by FuseTalk? When people were making those AT themes Cafe Express shops they specifically avoided using emoticons because of copyright issues.

That doesnt address smilies. He can write them if hes curious however, but I would bet creative license is allowed.
