I was watching It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia on Hulu (Link), specifically the Hundred Dollar Baby episode and it's one of those episodes that features Charlie in all his craziness (which episode doesn't).

Am I crazy or does he kind of look like Heath Ledger's joker? Think he would be a good replacement?

I could never take him seriously in such a role - he's the Wildcard, illiterate, and borderline mentally retarded.

Is that the dude from 3rd Rock? LOL... I'd always be expecting John Lithgoe to pop out of some closet somewhere:laugh:

Charlie is more or less an AWESOME idiot, sort of how I remember Joker portrayed by Jack Nicholson and before.

Heathe was something else.... so dark and void of a soul. I can't think of anyone who could match his work in DN.

I doubt that role will be revisited by anyone for quite a few while. It was owned by Heath, and in respect to him I'm sure it will be "off-limits" for years, if not decades.

No.

We've already had the Joker, we don't need The Dark Knight 2, we might want it, but what we need is The Caped Crusader...or whatever they would call a truly good sequel to the series with at least some shred of originality in continuing the story arc.

Wow, that joseph guy looks a lot like him. I can see why the role may not be touched by anyone for years but charlie's insane-ness made me think he might work. In cards the jokers wild and charlie is the wildcard.

Hell ya! He could be a double-joker. Dayman and Nightman!!! He's already a master of karate.
