Would case fans help cool my system in my humid room?

as the weather gets more and more humid, my room gets hotter (no airconditioning). i have a 30 cfm exhaust fan but it doesn't seem to be doing much. if i add a 50 cfm intake fan, will it help cool things down even though my room is hot?
 
Case fans may help with airflow but can't really drop the cases internal termperature below room temperature
 
That's pretty arguable. Has someone did a test where they had ridiculous intake and no exhaust and compared it to ridiculous exhaust and no intake.

too much exhaust and you create low pressure in your case. low pressure will make cooling less effective.
