Would an ATX power supply fit into a Micro-ATX case?? i recently figured my case is M-ATX, its only a few inches shorter than my old comp which is ATX, so would i need a specially sized psu or could i easily bung a normal one in there?

It will depend on the case's design. Some microATX cases will take a full ATX PSU (Inwin V-series for example), some will not. Any idea what case yours is? Or can you post some photos?

Most take the SFX form factor. They have those up to 320W now if you're just looking for more power.

Well its got a 300W PSU in it and im looking to fit an Antec true 430 into it. Heres a link to the tech support site, theres a big picture at this link and if you click on "jupiter chasis" it shows more pics of it, if these arent of much use i got a digital camera which i think i can work to take more.

It certainly looks like a standard ATX PSU. Here are the measurements of a standard ATX PSU: 150Wx140Dx86H;
there is a PS3 form factor that is the same except for only 100mm deep; the SFX is 125Wx100Dx76.4(H) including the protruding fan housing.
. There are others, but these are the most common.
. And it wouldn't hurt, Soviet, to learn how to create a link in the AT Forums, so that ungodly long URL wouldn't bend the forum pages all out of shape. Here's the format: OSB (open bracket, [ )L= Descriptive Title CB(close bkt, ] ) URL OB /L CB, with no spaces except what you include in the "Descriptive Title" and/or the URL . Below is how it looks done properly:
