I have a FK-603 case, it's pretty big and as a 92mm exhaust fan under the power supply that has a duct over the PAL6035. Would adding an intake fan to my system actually make a difference? There's a spot at the bottom from of the case for on, but will it actually help any? cuz it doesn't look like it would, the air wouldn't even blow on top the motherboard; it'd blow on my expansion cards. will i see a temperature drop if i put one in? it looks like the only way to get a good temp drop is by getting a 2coolpc but i dont wanna fork over $25 for that.
what do you guys think?
thanks

oh yeah, right now my mobo temp is 33C and my cpu temp is 36C.

You should, but you don't absolutely have to... YOur case temp is a bit warm, though.

AN intake fan will lower that case temp. The reason it is so high, is because there is only passive intake in your case. Air is getting sucked in through the side panel holes, etc. With an intake fan, you're forcing air into your case, which helps drop case temp.

Mike,

Got a question, I have the SuperMicro SC760A ATX case and the case comes with I guess one Above PS 92mm exhaust and a 92mm fan that blows at the top of the motherboard but has no intake holes on the case. The front has mounts for 3 80mm fans and on each side of the 5.25" drive bays, there is 2 80mm fan vents. My question is would there be a problem exhausting like 138cfm max with a intake that is either 192cfm or 350+ cfm?
