BFG 6800 OC AGP
I'm tyring to overclock my video card and it throttles badly even with the core clock +5mhz. The temps never go above 61C (at the absolute highest) and regularly runs games around 58-59C.
I'm tempted to fiddle around with the BIOS settings and disable the throttling, but don't want to fry the card.
Would the throttling happen for something other than high temps? Maybe voltage?
If I watch the temps very closely, could the card fry from anything other than high temps? (voltage kept at stock except for the 2d and throttling settings)
