Would a Ultra66/100 controller improve performance?

Current system is FIC va503+ rev1.2, K6-2 550, 128m pc100, voodoo3 2k. Just put a new 15g DiamondMax 7200 in the other day and was wondering if the performance increase (if any) would be worth it. Also thinking of the GeForce MX card. Opinions?
