Would a ti4200 work with abit be6II bx mobo?

Ok I'm looking to give my old lan party box a peformance boost as quickly and painless as possible and a new vid card seems the way. I gotten conflicting info in the past wheter or not I could use a Ti4200 in my old abit be6II mobo. I know this my be a bit of overkill for this mobo, but Im planing on swapping out this mobo with a spare k7s5a mobo and xp1800+ I have and a good ti4200 would work nicely with that set up but in the interurm the boost in performance would be nice on it current set up. Would a ti4200 work with this older bx mobo, and if it would not work please explain why? Any constructive advice would be welcome thanx

It should work, since, basically, the GF4 cards are evoluted GF3 cards; and I've had a GF3 Ti200 in an ASUS P2B-F working without a problem.

All the GF4 cards should support AGP 2x mode (which is the maximum on the BE6II) and there shouldn't be a problem with it.
