Would a p3 866 mhz DELL machine support OPEN GL? What video cards did they use?

The computer at school is a Dell, but since it's locked down, i can't find out that much information about it. All i know is that it's a p3 866 (i think it was 866), and has 256 megs of ram. Other than that, i'm utterly clueless. Do you guys think the video card would support opengl games such as quake?

And no, they aren't gamer machines. They run win2k.
