Would a new monitor be a huge upgrade from a Dell 2007wfp?

As in color vibrancy, accuracy, etc. If so, what's a good IPS from 20-24" for around $200?

Today's monitors are crazy sharp and the average refresh is 1ms.

Decent price for $200 Should last you 4 years.

Only downside with DELL is they appear not as bright after 2-3 years.

I have a dell ultrasharp, it's 5 years old, and the brightness is just the same today as it was when I bought it.

I've got an Ultrasharp that's around 7 years old. Haven't noticed any lack of brightness.
