Would a high efficiency 300W PSU be enough for my system?

If its a good 300 watt probably, though I would get a good 350watter just to make sure and give you expansion room.

I would go with more than 300W. Although it may be enough, it is not a good idea to push the limits of a PSU. This can lead to odd stability problems and random unexplainable errors. In addition, it will lead to trouble if you ever go to upgrade. You have a pretty high-end system. Some of those components, the video card in particular, need a stable power source for proper operation. Don't skimp on the PSU. It is something many people regret shortly thereafter.

If you really want to splurge on a PSU, I usually see PC Power & Cooling recommended for high-end PSU's. I imagine that one of their 300W PSU's could do the job without a problem. :)
